Job Description

GTNT Group are now recruiting for Trainee Customer Service Officer  to work with Central Desert Regional Council. 

This fantastic opportunity is offering a BSB30115 Certificate III in Business with paid employment!

To be successful in this role, you will have/be: 

  • Identify as Indigenous or Torres Strait Islander 
  • Demonstrated strong computer skills including Microsoft office suite.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and customer service skills including written and verbal communication with the ability to confidently and professionally represent Council to staff and members of the public.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritise and manage workload.
  • Demonstrated ability to commit to and complete a course of study or professional development.
  • Current Driver’s License
